QUALITY SOUGHT AFTER AT STIRLING

A small but quality entry of ‘Blues’ were forward at the Perth bull sales at Stirling, on 8th February.

The British Blue Society Chairman, Andy Ryder, achieved top price of 5,300gns for Andys Fagan ET. This super, March ’10 born bull was sired by Dafydd D’Ochain out of Tamhorn Tinkerbelle ET and finds a new home with A & R Paton, Avonbridge, Falkirk.

John & Janet Green sold Oxcroft Firecrest ET for 3,000gns. This February ’10 born bull was sired by Bluegrass Cyclone and out of their homebred cow Oxcroft Baby Gloria. Firecrest goes home with GT & S Coghill, Birsay, Orkney.
