What We’re About

Each year we run our popular Members’ Herd Competition, held during July and August, celebrating the quality of British Blue cattle across our membership. Winners are presented with plaques at our Annual Dinner, which takes place in November or December. This is always a highlight of the club calendar.

We hold an Annual Calf Show, usually in October, which provides an excellent opportunity for members to showcase their stock and support and compete against one another.

More Than Just Shows

Alongside our annual events, we organise a variety of farm walks and social outings, giving members the chance to learn, meet each other, share ideas, and enjoy good company away from the show ring. Recent social events have included a trip to greyhound racing in Sheffield, with plenty of laughs along the way.
