BELGIAN BLUES TOP 4,000gns AT PERTH

At the Perth Spring Bull Sales, Belgian Blues rose to the fore, with a top price of 4,000 for Auchenlay Arrow, a May 2005 born son of Park Organiser, out of Lawns Regal Debutante.

Brought forward by the Paterson family, from Dunblane, Perthshire, this bull was half brother to the 21,000gns bull, sold at Carlisle in May 2005.

Oxcroft Wotsit - Supreme Champion
Oxcroft Wotsit

The Judge, John Hall of Inglewood Edge, Dalston, Carlisle, put up as his Supreme Champion, Oxcroft Watsit from John & Janet Green, Ellon, Aberdeen. This sweet, well-grown, December ’04 born bull was out of Oxcroft Upas and sired by Elite De L’Orgelot. He was knocked down at 3,200gns.

The Reserve Champion of the day was awarded to the Ryder family, with their November ’04 born bull, Annanwater Winston. This strong bull, out of Ridge Dean Totty and sired by the renowned Radar Van Terbeck, went on to make 2,400gns.
