Kirkby Stephen Store Cattle Show

5th May 2008

Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held their Annual Special Prize Show & Sale of store cattle at Kirkby Stephen Mart on Monday 5th May 2008 where an entry of 1,315 head was forward. Trade for quality stores was exceptionally strong resulting in an overall average of £638.76 up £75.63 on the year.

The prize show was sponsored by Insem AI Services, I’Ansons Feeds, Dugdale Nutrition, The Border British Blue Club, Eden Farm Supplies (Brough), Littlefairs and Dectomax.

The judging was carried out by Mr A Geary, Northampton who made the following awards:-
